A simple silver plated copper wire is composed of copper core covered by concentric silver plating with advantage of copper in conductivity with bright shiny surface on the other hand high corrosion resistance, which makes it in top wanted list for frequency wires and textile customized wires, which may differ in thickness such as 5-200g silver/kg wire.
We do provide other plating on customer need. The diameter of wire is 0.020mm to 0.50mm with self bonding enamels providing high conductivity improved thermal resistance. These are made by paltering the copper with pure precision of silver and then applied enamel color on top. The silver plating below adds color and high shine and brilliance. While bare being used for the patina to be formed after years of usage. Having excellent surface conductivity which provides less frequency loss so called skin effect transmission effect can be further reduced by increasing the plating thickness by 20 percent.
