Performance
- Stranding: the twisting direction of the outermost layer
of copper electric brush wire is rightwards, its adjoining
layer' twisting direction should be reverse, the twisting
direction of stranded conductor is specified by manufacturer
unless the customer has special demand.
- Elongation percentage: the elongation percentage of TS
model copper brush wire should not be lower than 18%, of the
TSX model tinning copper brush wire should not be lower than
6%, of TSR model flexible copper brush wire should not be
lower than 15%.
